My Bio
I am a self trained Artist that specializes in graphite pencils at the moment but am getting ready to learn how to paint. My style is Dark and usually involves human form. I find the human body amazing, and after studying Human Anatomy I am in awe of how every bone, muscle and tendon has a very specific purpose and without the body would not function properly. I am always seeking out inspiration and I usually find it within some darker aspect of my life or the life of those around me. I have a somewhat sick sense of humor and sometimes it will show in my art work.

Painting tips anyone?

Well, I've learned that I have no idea how to paint, hahahaha! My 24 paint set is dwindling away to nothing now. I found that you really don't need to squeeze out much paint, I ended up wasting a lot of it so far. But, creating form with paint is strange to me. I can do it with one single color and just darken it up with darker tones of the same color, like using black and gray, which is what I can do anyways with graphite or chalk. But, I tried painting a skull, found that I couldn't do that. Tried painting a sacred heart, again, couldn't do that. Learned about letting the paint dry before layering it. New to painting

Hola people... Well, I bought some painting supplies. A 24 count acrylic set, a 25 piece brush set, 6 canvas boards (11"x14", and 8"x10".) I tried to paint a skull and it totally didn't come out as planned. But, it was my first try, and I know nada about colors, painting techniques or which colors create others... So I guess I'll be Youtubing lessons for a while... Wish me luck...
